As she noted, Armen Rustamyan (ARF Dashnaktsutyun) and Arman Grigoryan (Armenian National Congress) also presented their reports on the issue. “During the discussion, opposition representatives stated that Armenian authorities fail to fulfill obligations to PACE, which I believe, the co-rapporteurs realize too,” the parliamentarian noted.
