Russia’s Javakhk Diaspora will form Javakhk regional organization in Moscow

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia’s Javakhk Diaspora issued a statement protesting against Georgian authorities’ policy on Javakhk.

“Georgian authorities’ policy aims at prevention of free development of the society through discrimination in the sectors of administration, municipal elections, education, social development and religious issues, with the authorities believing the eviction of Armenians other ethnical population from the territory to be an important task.”

Citing the absence of Armenian lobbying structures and social organizations as one of the reasons behind current situation, Russia’s Javakhk Diaspora announced the launch of legal formation of Javakhk regional organization in Moscow. “The tendency will be continued in other regions of Russia as well,” the statement stressed.
