  Fall draft announced in NKR October 23, 2010 - 12:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 23, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the 2010 fall draft and demobilization. According to the decree, in November and December of the current year male citizens aging18 as well as those citizens whose deferment of mandatory military service has been expired will be conscripted into the military service during the autumn draft. The servicemen who have completed their mandatory military service will be demobilized from the army, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
