According to him, the talks tend to abate gradually. “No progress has been observed during the past two years, giving way to opinion that the process reached a deadlock. Change of OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs may be the reason behind it. I think it’s time to intensify the negotiation process,” APA quoted him as saying. “A road map but not new declaration is required to resolve the conflict, what will offer a chance to determine further steps,” Sammut said.
