  EP members stress importance of cooperation between European structures and NKR NGOsOctober 28, 2010 - 21:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR parliamentary speaker Ashot Ghoulyan met with the members of European Parliament (EP). The speaker briefed the EP members on the history of the formation of independent Artsakh, based on generally accepted democratic principles and international norms. At the same time, he expressed surprise over European structures’ displeasure related to parliamentary and presidential elections in Artsakh. EP members, in turn, expressed confidence on the possibility to find common grounds between European structures and NKR NGOs through implementation of charity and socio-economic programs.
