Zaven Andreasyan finishes 2nd at Chigorin Memorial 2010 rapid tournament

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmasters Zaven Andreasyan and Hrant Melkumyan are 2nd and 6th respectively at the rapid chess tournament which finished in Saint Petersburg as the initial part of Chigorin Memorial 2010.

The classical chess tournament kicked off on October 28, armchess.am reported.

Mikhail Ivanovich Chigorin (1850-1908) was a leading Russian chess player. He is considered to be one of the founders of the Russian chess school.
