  Karabakh will join talks irrespective of Azerbaijan’s opinion  November 4, 2010 - 15:36 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia parliamentary group Artak Davtyan said that Armenia should exert efforts to re-engage Artsakh in the negotiation process on the Karabakh conflict settlement. Armenia has already compromised, Davtyan told a press conference in Yerevan. “The fact that Armenia still negotiates with Azerbaijan and has not recognized NKR independence yet is a great concession,” said Davtyan. He noted that irrespective of whether Baku wants it or not, the time will come for Karabakh to negotiate the conflict settlement with Azerbaijan. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
