  Armenian President to participate in UAR anniversary event in Moscow  November 8, 2010 - 12:43 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will participate in an event dated to the 10th anniversary of the Union of Armenians of Russia. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is also expected to attend, UAR press service reported. The festive program includes performances by Armenian and Russian cultural workers.
