Memorandum signed in Yerevan aims to improve work of civil servants

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Yerevan Office, Civil Service Council, Union of Armenian Civil Servants NGO and Yerevan State University signed a memorandum of understanding, which is aimed at improving the public services provided by Armenian civil servants.

Acting Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan Carel Hofstra noted that the efficient public management depends on good and diligent work of civil servants.

“We strongly believe that high-quality retraining of personnel will secure provision of efficient and transparent public services for everyone,” said Carel Hofstra.
