  Nalbandian, Goel discuss establishment of Indian cultural center in Armenia  November 11, 2010 - 11:52 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Mr. Suresh Goel to discuss humanitarian cooperation between the counties, specifically establishment of an Indian cultural center in Yerevan and a faculty of Indian studies in one of Armenian universities. Minister Nalbandian is also scheduled to meet with his Indian counterpart and deliver a speech at the Indian Council on Foreign Relations, RA MFA press office reported.
