Document on Karabakh may be passed at Socialist International session![]() November 15, 2010 - 18:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 15-16, Paris is hosting a Socialist International (SI) session. As ARF Bureau Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office director Kiro Manoyan told PanARMENIAN.Net passage of Karabakh conflict-related document at the session is expected. “The SI session, hosting ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Azerbaijani Social Democrat Party representatives, will focus on Karabakh issue. The document will be passed, should Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations come to an agreement,” he said. “The document will not affect the negotiation process. However, it will create a positive atmosphere promoting unified approach to conflict settlement in SI,” Manoyan concluded. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
