In his opening remarks at the fourth congress of the UAR dedicated to the organization’s 10th anniversary, Abrahamyan said that the Union has many new projects and business plans to be implemented in 2011. “The projects have become more modernized and are aimed at boosting friendly relations between Russia and Armenia, preventing social, national and religious conflicts,” noted Abrahamyan. According to the UAR President, the organization’s priority remains active work with youth, ITAR-TASS reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
