Ban Ki-moon calls for withdrawal of snipers from Karabakh conflict zone

PanARMENIAN.Net - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has again called for the withdrawal of snipers from the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces.

In an interview with RFE/RL, Ban also urged both sides to "refrain from any provocative actions" in the area.
