CIS armed forces staff chiefs to hold a meeting in Moscow![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 3, CIS Council of Defence Ministers Secretariat will host a meeting of the heads of CIS armed forces staff. The meeting will be led by the Russia’s Deputy Defense Minister, General of the Army Nikolai Makarov. Delegations from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine will participate. The session will focus on different trends of cooperation between CIS armed forces, redstar.ru reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
