The dragged-out procedure of medical and social expertise causes a new stress with a disabled person, who, in addition to it, has to prove his disability,” Salvation NGO chairman Arpine Abrahamyan told a news conference. At the conference, the participants singled out corruption in civil service agencies dealing with the disabled, low invalidity benefits among the main issues persons with disabilities are facing in Armenia.
