Artsakh deputy foreign minister appointed as presidential adviser

PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 21, President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on dismissing Vardan Barseghyan from the post of the Artsakh Republic deputy foreign minister.

According to another presidential decree issued on the same day, Vardan Barseghyan was appointed as adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
