  Gegham Baghdasaryan: Armenian political forces indifferent about Artsakh democratization January 26, 2011 - 12:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Artsakh Republic should be an essential factor not only in talks but also in Armenia’s domestic policy, former member of NKR parliament said. “Armenian political forces are indifferent about the democratization of Artsakh,” Gegham Baghdasaryan told a news conference in Yerevan. According to him, Stepanakert doesn’t possess enough resources to pursue a separate policy.
