CIS law enforcers to discuss prevention of acts of terrorism at transport facilities

PanARMENIAN.Net - In February, the CIS Antiterrorism Center of (ATC) is going to hold a meeting to discuss activity of law enforcers for prevention of acts of terrorism at facilities of transport infrastructure of the CIS countries.

“The CIS ATC has started implementing a complex analysis of measures in the CIS states for transport security provision to develop basic direction of joint activity,” the press service quoted head of ATC Andrey Novikov as saying.

In February, the CIS ATC will hold a meeting of heads of national antiterrorism centers of the CIS countries to discuss coordinated actions of state security bodies, intelligence services and law enforcers aimed at preventing acts of terrorism at facilities of transport infrastructure of the CIS countries, RIA Novosti reported.
