 Kashatagh region development discussed in Karabakh March 28, 2011 - 18:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 28, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with ARF Dashnaktsutyun bureau members David Lokyan and Levon Mkrtchyan to discuss issues related to domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh, the development of Kashatagh region and implementation of various regional programs. Artsakh leader praised the involvement of Diaspora philanthropists, characterizing it among the key factors in strengthening the inter-Armenian ties, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
