Saturnus Dutch doom metal band to give first performance in Yerevan![]() April 19, 2011 - 11:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 21, a famous Dutch doom metal band Saturnus will perform at Giza Yerevan's club. As the event organizer Arsen Hakobyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the 2-hour concert will feature about 14 old and new songs of the band. The event will be opened by Daeron Armenian music band. The tickets will be available on sale starting April 21. Ticket price is AMD 5000. On April 22, the band will be performing in Georgia. Saturnus is a band from Denmark formed in 1991 playing melodic death/doom metal, with touches of gothic metal. In May 2006, Veronika Decides To Die, the 3rd full length album from Danish doom-metal band Saturnus, was released. The album title was inspired by Paulo Coelho’s novel of the same name. Before this album, Saturnus has released two albums, Paradise Belongs To You and Martyr, and an EP, For The Loveless Lonely Nights. ![]() ![]() Ara Aivazian said Azerbaijan continues the traditions of Turkey after seizing territories and forced Armenians out.
