People can’t deny genocide and remain unpunished, French MP says

PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 4, the French Senate must pass the bill on criminalization of denial of the Armenian Genocide, a member of the French National Assembly said.

“This April 24, we are marking the 96th anniversary of the Genocide. On this day, I always stand by side of the Armenian community. And I am shocked that people can deny this outrageous crime,” Richard Mallié from Bouches-du-Rhône said.

“The Senate must pass this bill,” he said, quoted by Nouvelles d`Arménie.
