Armenia drops out of World Table Tennis ChampionshipsMay 10, 2011 - 15:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian team has dropped out of the Rotterdam-hosted World Table Tennis Championships qualification round. In their corresponding groups, Mesrop Ghukasyan, Murad Asatryan, Hasmik Khachatryan and Rubina Vardanyan took 2nd places. Harutyun Harutyunyan came 3rd. The Championships, hosting over 100 sportsmen, will finish May 15. Armenia’s Narek Manasyan (92kg) won Armenia’s second silver medal at the European Boxing Championships 2024 on April 28. Armenian gymnast, Olympic bronze medalist Artur Davtyan has reached the finals of the World Cup. Gor Manvelyan has denied reports alleging that he has expressed a desire to one day play for the French national team.
