Russia stands ready to promote Karabakh settlement - diplomat

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Fourth CIS States Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry, Andrey Kelin said Russia stands ready to promote a settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

“We are ready to do our utmost, but the progress depends on the parties’ will,” Kelin said, adding that preparations for the presidential meeting are in full swing. “Currently, the Presidents are working while Foreign Ministers are preparing relevant documents. We also participate in the process.”
