  NKR: Azerbaijan has taken no steps towards Karabakh conflict settlement  June 7, 2011 - 21:50 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan hasn’t taken any constructive steps towards Karabakh conflict settlement, according to the head of the Central Information Department of the NKR President’s Office David Babayan. As he stated, OSCE MG co-chairs have already arrived in Stepanakert; a meeting with Artsakh President was scheduled for June 8. “The meeting agenda will include the following issues: Artsakh involvement in negotiations, ceasefire violation on the line of contact,” he stated. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
