  Expert: snake aggression caused by human intrusion in their territories   June 17, 2011 - 16:40 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Snake aggression is caused by launch of construction works in the snakes’ habitats, the head of nature reserves department at Armenian Nature Protection Ministry stated. As Aram Aghasyan told a news conference in Yerevan, 23 species, only 4 of them poisonous colubrid snakes, including a blunt-nosed viper, are registered in Armenia. According to Mr. Aghasyan, the bite of a blunt-nosed viper, the most common species, can be lethal, unless correct medical help is offered.
