OSCE MINSK GROUP NEW PROPOSALS ON KARABAKH DISCUSSED IN PARISMay 8, 2003 - 23:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement was considered yesterday at the meeting of deputy foreign ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries in Paris. As reported by "Arka" agency, the parties discussed the Minsk group new proposals to be presented to the parties of the conflict in the near future. The issues discussed are expected to be considered again at a meeting of the OSCE MG co-chairs in Moscow in the middle of May.
