Yerevan's Music Festival to host French, U.S., Scottish bands

PanARMENIAN.Net - French, U.S. and Scottish bands will participate in Yerevan-hosted Music Festival due June 21.

Bratsch, a French-based music ensemble, formed in 1975 by guitarist Dan Gharibian will perform a concert in Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

An Gordonach Scottish band and American singer Sima Cunningham will perform in Yerevan's lover's park.

The Music Festival was first held in 1982 in France with the sponsorship of Francois Mitterrand, and further celebrated in different cities worldwide. The festival has been marked in Armenia since 2007.

Orange Armenia acts as festival sponsors in 2011, similarly to 2010.
