Georgi Petrosyan resigns position of NKR FM![]() July 7, 2011 - 18:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Georgi Petrosyan resigned his position, with Deputy FM Vasili Atajanyan appointed as acting Minister. Last week, Petrosyan, who’s occupied ministerial position since 2005, was named ARF Dashnakstutyun Bureau member. According to NKR President's decree, Petrosyan was appointed to the post of an advisor to president. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
