CSTO countries agree to complete collective forces formation![]() August 13, 2011 - 11:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) plan to complete formation of collective forces in the near future. According to official data, during the informal summit in Astana, the leaders of Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Afghanistan also focused on the situation in Middle East, global and regional risks as well as security issues. The next meeting will take place in Moscow in December. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
