The ICRC members handed over 4 letters and received 5 to be conveyed to the relatives of the captives, Trend News quoted spokesperson of the Azerbaijani government Shahla Gahramanova as saying. According to an agreement achieved between the two countries, Azerbaijan transferred civilian Arutr Badalyan to the Armenian side, which, in turn, transferred serviceman Anar Gajiyev on March 17, 2011. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
