  Opposition rally launches in Yerevan  September 9, 2011 - 19:32 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc rally has launched at Yerevan’s Liberty Square with approx. 2000 people gathered. ANC representatives Levon Zurabyan, David Shahnazaryan, Nikol Pashinyan, along with the Congress leader Levon Ter-Petrossian, arrived at the rally site. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
