Which renders accusations of Mevlut Cavusoglu and Azeri delegation unfounded. Constructive approach is proved through actions, rather than words,” David Harutyunyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “Armenian delegation has no issues whatsoever with either Azeris or PACE President,” Hautyunyan said, agreeing to opinions of confidential agreement between Cavusoglu and Azeri delegation members as to Karabakh subcommittee activities.
