Andranik Hakobyan drops out of World Boxing Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian boxer Andranik Hakobyan (75 kg) dropped out of Baku-hosted AIBA World Championships, having lost to Romania’s Bogdan Juratoni in ¼ finals.

Despite Hakobyan’s dynamic fight and confident performance, referees gave 21:17 victory to Juratoni.

Hakobyan’s earlier victories gained him an entry to 2012 London Olympics.
