 11 Ex-mayor of Yerevan Karen Karapetyan                Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan confirms his resignation  October 28, 2011 - 14:47 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan has confirmed his resignation. In an interview with Armnews TV channel, Mr. Karapetyan said he is going to take up another job. According to Armenian media reports, he was offered a post of deputy chairman of the board of directors at Russian giant Gazprom. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
