Serzh Sargsyan visits Dilijan education and research center construction cite![]() November 26, 2011 - 14:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On the sidelines of his visit to Tavush Province, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan was briefed on the course of construction of Dilijan education and research center. As the president of Central Bank of Armenia Arthur Javadyan told journalists, the center will focus on implementation of world-class educational programs on economy and finance, also hosting regional and international conferences. The center will also locate commercial banks’ subsidiaries, ARKA processing center and OSAGO bureau. The opening of the center is scheduled for January 2013. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
