As reported by Arminfo agency, the agreement upon this was achieved in Stepanakert in March, during the visit of the French rescuers within the program for cooperation and exchange of experience. Head of the NKR DES Aslan Grigorian visited France last December. It should be noted that the NKR Department for Emergency Situations is the member of the Rescuers' International Federation.
