  Bernard Fassier: OSCE MG should not be slammed  December 19, 2011 - 20:10 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Outgoing French co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group called against criticizing O OSCE Minsk Group. “We have been working very effectively to enable the parties to discuss all issues both on presidential and ministerial levels,” Bernard Fassier told a news conference, dwelling on mediation efforts. “At the end of 2007, we introduced the basic principles, further proposing their altered versions. Unfortunately hopes that existed before the resulting meeting in Kazan yielded no results. Settlement of such a conflict is a very complicated process. For instance, when I assumed the post no international community member could visit the surrounding area of Nagorno Karabakh, whereas presently it is already possible. 2 such missions have already been adopted (first in 2005, second in October, 2010),” Fassier stated.
