Over 600 thous. Armenians visited Georgia in 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of international visitors to Georgia increased by 39% compared with 2010 to total 2.82 mln., according to National Tourism Agency.

With 738 136 people, Turkey tops the list of the countries having provided greatest number of visitors to Georgia, followed by Azerbaijan - 714 427 ( 43% more than in 2010) and Armenia - 699 391 visitors (28%).

Throughout 2011, the number of visitors from Russia increased by 63% to total 278 501 people, News Georgia reported.
