  Expert: exchange rate to exceed AMD400 for USD1 in 2012  January 30, 2012 - 14:11 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Exchange rate of Armenian national currency will exceed AMD 400 for USD1 during 2012, according to development director of Ameriabank CJSC. “Hopefully, this will not happen as result of daily surges,” Tigran Jrbashyan told a news conference in Yerevan. In this context, the banker perceived the forecasts quite feasible to retain import and export balance. “Ensuring an appropriate level of exchange rate to prevent its development in relation to our key trading partners is the best tool to achieve export incentive,” he said.
