OSCE acting chairman, Dutch foreign minister Jaap de Hoop Scheffer is arriving in Yerevan on a short-term working visit October 21. As reported by the Armenian MFA, the diplomat is expected to meet with the Armenian leadership as well as with the representatives of a number of non-governmental organizations. J. de Hoop Scheffer will also meet with the representative of Nagorno Karabakh in Armenia. It should be noted that the visit has a regional nature, as he is to leave Yerevan for Georgia and Azerbaijan later.
