  IRAN TO ASSIST ARMENIA IN CONSTRUCTION OF WIND POWER STATIONOctober 11, 2003 - 20:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian minister of energy Armen Movsisian and Iranian foreign minister Kamal Kharazi signed a memorandum on cooperation in Tehran. As reported by Regnum agency according to Iranian MFA press service, basing on the paper that had been signed before the agreement was negotiated, Iran will provide assistance amounting in $2.5 million to Armenia for completion of building the wind power plant. The realization of the project is carried out by the Iranian companies, which won the corresponding tender.
