As reported by RIA Novosti, the highway is mostly blocked by the Azeris living in Georgia. The protest action resulted in creation of traffic congestion stretching for several kilometers at the distance of 14 km from the Georgian-Armenian border.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
