Turkey wants to establish its free economic zone worldwide

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish media quoted Turkish Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan as saying that Turkey works towards establishing free Turkish economic zones in different countries worldwide.

According to him, Turkish economy records high rates of development now, and many countries want to adopt their practice. “Turkic countries can also be involved in the establishment of free economic zones; negotiations with them are currently underway,” the Minister noted.

He also mentioned that such zones provide wide opportunities for using the benefits of Turkish business, particularly in view of geographic proximity to the markets of Near and Middle East, as well as Western and Eastern Europe.
