  Assyrians urge Armenian authorities to recognize their genocide  February 20, 2012 - 17:54 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of Sweden-based Assyrian Genocide (known as Seyfo) Research Center issued a message to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan with a request to recognize the Assyrian genocide committed in the Ottoman Empire early in the 20th century. “Armenians are well aware of the pain caused by denial policy. We always back the Armenian people regarding the issue of Genocide recognition,” the message reads.
