  ICG urges Minsk Group to intensify efforts on Karabakh settlement February 27, 2012 - 21:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The International Crisis Group (ICG) called on the international community namely the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries to intensify efforts on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. In its report, the organization stressed the need to create mechanism for investigating incidents of ceasefire violation at the contact line, ICG official website reported.
