PanARMENIAN.Net - If Azerbaijan wishes to start the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process from a zero point, it should directly appeal to Nagorno Karabakh, press secretary of RA MFA Hamlet Gasparian said when commenting on the statement of Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev regarding the absence of any principle accepted by Baku and Yerevan in the process of settlement, thus empowering Azerbaijan to start negotiations from the very beginning.
