  ARMENIA PRODUCES COUNTER-RADIATION PROTECTION FOR NEW NUCLEAR REACTORS OF EUROPEOctober 27, 2004 - 18:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia produces counter-radiation protection for new nuclear reactors of Europe. The production is organized on the basis of Energy Complex JSC, which has won the tender announced by the European Center for Nuclear Research. As enterprise Director General Karen Karapetian told journalists yesterday, 3 protectors of 18 tons are already produced, while it is planned to produce 40 tons of protectors that are an important element of nuclear reactors. In his words, the order is not profitable for the enterprise, as the copper international prices have increased and the company does not gain. However, as noted by K.
