GEORGIAN POLITICAL SCIENTIST SAYS IT IS A BAD SIGN THAT SAAKASHVILI NEVER VISITED JAVAKHETIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgian political scientist Paata Zakariashvili considers the fact that Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili has never visited Javakhetia - either during the election campaign or in the course of the year of his presidency - to be a bad sign. According to the political scientist, one can conclude that "the President is not interested in the developments in Javakhetia", A-info agency reports. Being aquatinted with Saakashvili's character, we can suppose that no programs have been worked out for the improvement of the situation in the region, P. Zakariashvili said. Meanwhile, in his words, Javakhetia's devotion deserves respect and funds should be allocated for the development of the region. To note, Javakhetia is mostly populated by Armenians.
