POLISH SEJM RECOGNIZED ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yesterday the Polish Sejm unanimously passed the resolution on the Armenian Genocide. As PanARMENIAN.Net reporter was told, the document was initiated by the Sejm Presidium. "The memory of the crimes of those years is a moral duty of all the states and people of good will. In the process of Turkey's integration in the EU the European Union demands the official recognition of the Armenian Genocide and establishment of relations with Armenia", the document says in part. Presently the resolution is awaiting consideration in the Senate.
