PanARMENIAN.Net - «The French were the ones to resist to Turkey's membership in the EU and liberalization of services in the EU most,» Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja said, reported the Yerkir newspaper. The Finnish FM said that by their "no" to the European Constitution the French first of all rejected Turkey. The returns of the referendum in France were a step back in coming to accord over the EU Constitution, Tuomioja added.
